More than 100 hair braiders turned out to learn about how they can access a variety of services, including: earning a natural hair styling license, the advantages of being licensed, how it could impact their job, workers' rights and referrals to immigration legal services. The popularity of the event underscored an ongoing great desire to acquire more information about licensing and immigration legal services. The orientation marked what will be the first of many related events to come.
