Since 2002, Ms. Aida Diallo-Diagne has been helping clients living with HIV/AIDS obtain permanent housing and coordinating their HIV care as ASC’s HOPWA Housing Program Director. She also facilitates African Services' client advisory board. Before joining African Services, Aida spent 15 years in the international travel business, with Nouvelles Frontieres, GO Voyages Inc, also holding the position of Eastern District Manager for Wings of the World, Inc. She has completed university coursework in Senegal, France and graduated in the United States from City College of New York with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in tourism studies. Aida is a long-time resident and active member of the Harlem community. Aida is particularly interested is enhancing communication and understanding between the African immigrant and African American communities. Originally from Senegal, Aida speaks French, Wolof, English and some Portuguese.
