Excluded Workers Fund application is open: ewf.labor.ny.gov. If you haven't received any government help, you could receive up to $15,600*. This fund provide direct payments for people who were ineligible for state unemployment and federal relief benefits due to their immigration status.
This includes undocumented workers who continued to provide essential services throughout the pandemic but received no financial benefit.
